The Woodlands, Texas

Relocation and Local Information

Nestled in 28,000 acres of forest, just north of Houston, The Woodlands is one of the original master-planned communities in the nation. There are twelve villages with homes in just about every price range. Exceptional public and private schools. More than 180 miles of hike and bike trails, over 100 neighborhood parks, a shopping mall, village shopping centers, restaurants, an outdoor performing arts pavillion, offices and research buildings,  many places of worship, two major hospitals, clinics, and a full service resort and conference center. Where else can you find a Gary Player, Tom Fazio, Arnold Parmer, and Jack Nicklaus golf course in one location?

Windsor Lakes, our over 55 residential area has grown tremendously with its own club house, fitness center, theater and party room facilities, pool, and recreation area. Consisting of mostly one story homes, this community has easy access to shopping and the Lone Star College.

Carlton Woods Creekside is the home of the new Tom Fazio Championship golf course.

Development in The Woodlands such as East Shore, the new community spanning 260 acres on the eastern edge of 200-acre Lake Woodland provides alternative housing for the discriminating buyer with easy access to Market Street the new open shopping area featuring upscale shops and restaurants.

New homes in The Woodlands are priced from the high $100's to multi-million dollar homes. In the future there will be links to search for new homes and resale homes in all neighborhoods.
